What is a CC?
Consultancy chat is a touchpoint between the applicant and AIESEC where we assess the applicant, explain the program and process, set right expectations and move them to the next process.

- Make the applicant in progress by the end of the CC
- Build good relations with the applicant
- Set the right expectation and mindset with the applicant
How to prepare for a CC?
- Review the application (check application tab on how to assess application - maybe link it)
- Prepare at least 3 relevant TNs for the applicant (TNs that they can be matched to - ideally from country partners)
- Learn how to handle objections (put link)
- A day before and 1 hour before the CC, remind the applicant of the scheduled time.
- Breathe and smile!

What to do post-CC?
- Text a thank you message to your EP
sample text: “Hi (name), thank you for meeting me earlier. I am really excited to help you in this application period. Good luck in your applications. I will check up on you in <how many days/every ___>. If you have any question, just message me.” - Send the CV of your EP to the TN managers of opportunities that he/she applied to
- Put a calendar entry on the days you should follow-up on your EP so you won’t forget!
