OP is what customers use to manager their profile, search and apply for opportunities.

HOW TO USE EXPA
1. When you login, this is how the dashboard will look like. As oGIP, the most important in managing your EPs and performance would be PEOPLE and ANALYTICS tab.
2. Let's explore the PEOPLE tab.
You can choose MY COMMITTEE'S EPs or MY EPs to see actual people in your LC or those you are personally handling.
VPs: assign EP manager/s for each EP (I suggest make VP, TL and member all EP managers)
EP managers: click if contacted, interviewed, paid and approved

EP managers: click if contacted, interviewed, paid and approved
You can choose MY COMMITTEE'S EPs APPLICATION or MY EPs' APPLICATION to if your EPs are applying, to what opportunities and what is the status of those applications. (This will help you to follow-up)
If EPs do not have application - follow-up on the EP.
If EPs are applying and no response, follow-up on the TN manager.
If EPs do not have application - follow-up on the EP.

3. Let's look at ANALYTICS now.
There are 4 kinds of analytics you can play with: Applications, NPS, E2E (Entity-2-Entity) and Process Time
I will focus on Application Analytics. It will show you a snapshot of your performance for a specific duration and also in comparison with the whole entity.
The Application Analytics look like this. You can click on the number to see the list of EPs and also their applications.

You need to know how to use OP so you can guide your EP while they navigate the platform.
